\n\u2022 35 gr o 3 1\u20442 cucharadas o 4 1\u20442 sobres de grenetina Duch\u00e9
\n\u2022 1\u20442 taza de agua
\n\u2022 300 ml de agua
\n\u2022 150 gr de az\u00facar blanca
\n\u2022 1 cucharadita de esencia de mandarina
\n\u2022 Colorante vegetal naranja al gusto
\nPara la gelatina de nuez:<\/strong><\/em>
\n\u2022 40 gr o 4 cucharadas o 5 sobres de grenetina Duch\u00e9
\n\u2022 1\u20442 taza de agua
\n\u2022 500 ml de leche
\n\u2022 250 gr de az\u00facar blanca
\n\u2022 1 cucharadita de esencia de nuez<\/span><\/p>\n

Manera de Preparar :<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Para la gelatina de mandarina, hidrata la grenetina
\nDuch\u00e9 en 1\u20442 taza de agua hasta que esponje y disu\u00e9lvela
\na ba\u00f1o Mar\u00eda o en el horno de microondas.
\nLleva al fuego el agua restante con el az\u00facar hasta que
\ntibie, retira e integra la grenetina hidratada, la esencia
\ny el colorante vegetal. Vierte al molde y refrigera
\na punto firme. Para la gelatina de nuez, hidrata la
\ngrenetina Duch\u00e9 en el agua y dil\u00fayela a ba\u00f1o Mar\u00eda.
\nCalienta la leche con el az\u00facar sin que llegue a hervir
\ne incorpora la grenetina hidratada y la esencia de nuez.
\nVac\u00eda sobre la gelatina de mandarina y refrigera nuevamente
\nhasta que cuaje totalmente. Retira, desmolda
\ny decora al gusto.
